I am a past & present member of LIHBA working for the federal government as a civil servant. My volunteer activities include serving as a Service Captain for the Jackie Gordon Campaign for Congress within NY's Second Congressional District. I would like to ask for your support and endorsement of Jackie Gordon.

Jackie Gordon is a combat veteran, an educator, a public servant, and a community leader. Her twenty nine year career in the military included service in Iraq and Afghanistan, as both a Battle Captain and Commander of the 310th Military Police Battalion. She retired from the Army Reserve with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2014.

Gordon spent three decades working in NY public schools, and has earned degrees in education from Hunter College and Queens College (Guidance Counselor, Educator). From 2007 to 2020, she served on the Babylon Town Council, where she worked to direct resources to veterans and military families as Chair of the Veteran's Advisory Council. On the town council, she also pushed for the revitalization of Wyandanch Village, breathing new life into a crucial community of color.

Jackie Gordon was born in Jamaica, West Indies, and is of Jamaican heritage. She is committed to equal opportunity and equal rights under state and federal constitutions, with a personal history of uplifting communities and interest groups committed to people of color.

She is the right person to represent a Congressional District growing in terms of racial and ethnic diversity. She will help eradicate socioeconomic boundaries that exist on Long Island. Her campaign is supported by the grassroots efforts of people in the community, not corporate special interests and interest groups tied to Long Island's past. Jackie Gordon both represents and symbolizes our future, and hopefully the future of our entire nation.

Please support and endorse Jackie Gordon for Congress in NY'S Second Congressional District.
Saludos,
A family friend was involved in a car accident last year, and her car insurance company has now filed civil claims against her in Nassau Supreme Court alleging insurance fraud and that the crash was fabricated. The pleadings are entirely circumstantial. I don't practice in this type of law, but would very much appreciate hearing from attorneys who could take this type of case. Thank you.
PARENTS, HELP YOUR TEENAGE CHILD TRANSFORM PASSIVE RECEIVERS TO ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS AS THEY PREPARE TO HEAD BACK TO SCHOOL DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

If there is one simple item your teenage child can do to enhance their impact as a presenter, communicate confidence, persuade others, and make it more likely audience will pay attention, it is sustained, purposeful eye contact whether one-on-one or large student body.

Eye contact is part of everyday communication and an audience can feel uncomfortable if they are denied it. Making eye contact with individuals gives them a sense of involvement in your presentation and helps to convey objectives on a personal level.

When you look a person in the eye, you communicate confidence and belief in your point of view. Consistent, focused eye contact makes you feel more confident and act more energetically.

Finally, for a positive outcome, a purposeful look into someone in the eye, are more likely to look at you, more likely to listen to you, and more likely to buy you and your message.

BE SAFE. CELEBRATE YOUR LIFE. EMBRACE YOUR LIFE. LIVE YOUR LIFE! Mc
